THE PURPLE POWER "FAMILY" OF TIP SHEETS

PURPLE POWER FOR
SAM HOUSTON RACE PARK

The "original".  Published daily during the Sam Houston Race Park Thoroughbred meeting late October through March.

PURPLE POWER FOR
SAM HOUSTON RACE PARK QUARTER HORSES

Full brother to the "original".  Published daily during live Quarter Horse race meeting late June through Saturday after Labor Day.

PURPLE POSSIBILITIES FOR LONE STAR PARK

Number one "son".  Third oldest and first non-SHRP  "Purple" tip sheet offered for an entire meeting.  Available for each live racing day April through mid-July

PURPLE JAMBALAYA FOR LOUISIANA DOWNS

Number two "son".  I was at Louisiana Downs for their opening year in 1974-5 and consider it my "home" track.  Available primarily on weekends in past, will be available every live racing day in 2003, late June through early November.

PURPLE GUMBO FOR
N. O.  FAIRGROUNDS

Number one "grandson".  I LOVE New Orleans in the winter.  Good racing and places where I can get great food and do some Cajun style dancing.  Will be available for the entire 2003-04 season from Thanksgiving Day through March.

PURPLE FAJITAS FOR RETAMA PARK

Number two "grandson". In past I handicapped Retama by special request only.  Running late-July through late October, Retama is at a busy time for me and was low on the family tree.  Will be available daily for 2003 if interest warrants.

SPECIAL EDITIONS OF PURPLE POWER FOR MAJOR RACING DAYS

Special full card editions for Churchill Downs, Pimlico and Belmont Park are offered on Triple Crown days.  Major Breeders' Cup prep days and Breeders' Cup day join the family "buffet".

SPECIAL EDITION OF PURPLE POWER FOR CHURCHILL DOWNS

Youngest son Brett is head assistant trainer for Hal Wiggins at Churchill and I post an edition of PP when they have several horses running or one participating in a stakes

PURPLE PICK-SIX POWER

When one of the major tracks offers a $1 million pick six pool guarantee, or has a major P6 carryover,  I will post some horses to consider for pick-six play.  Generally done without comment, Purple Pick-six Power is available in "The Pasture" - where horses (and picks) are FREE.
